These world-renowned gemological laboratories certify a diamond’s cut, clarity, color and carat — giving you trust and independent proof of quality for your purchase.
Do you use ethically sourced diamonds?
Yes — we work only with certified suppliers who comply with global responsible sourcing and conflict-free standards. You will always receive a clear certificate with purchase.
Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Absolutely. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically and optically identical to mined diamonds, yet often come with a smaller environmental footprint and more accessible pricing.
How can I verify my diamond’s authenticity?
Every certified diamond is accompanied by an independent lab report (GIA/AGS/IGI) and our own authenticity certificate. We include high-resolution images and can provide further testing on request.

Can you craft bespoke/custom jewellery?
Yes — our design team collaborates with you from concept to CAD renders, sample approval and final finishing to create unique pieces that reflect your story.
How long does a custom order take?
Typical lead time is 4–8 weeks depending on complexity and stone availability. We provide milestone updates at each stage and offer expedited production when needed.
Do you ship internationally and is it insured?
Yes — we ship worldwide with secure, insured logistics partners. Delivery time and cost depend on destination and service level; tracking and signature are provided.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. As soon as your order ships you’ll receive an email and WhatsApp update with a tracking link and estimated delivery window.

How should I care for my jewellery?
Avoid harsh chemicals, remove jewellery during heavy work, and store pieces separately. We recommend a professional cleaning once a year to keep the finish brilliant.
Do you offer warranty or after-sales support?
Yes — every piece comes with a workmanship warranty and an authenticity certificate. We also offer polishing, resizing and maintenance services.
What is your returns & exchange policy?
For non-custom items returned in original condition, we accept exchanges or returns within 14 days. Custom/bespoke products are handled case-by-case—please contact our team directly.
How can I request a certificate or appraisal?
We provide appraisal and grading documentation for most pieces. Request via email or your order dashboard and we’ll handle the rest.
